Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. Shipping rates are based on LIVE rates and not controlled by us. You will receive a tracking code via email once your items ship.

Package not received

Once your order leaves the facility, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Once your order is on its way, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the shipping provider on your tracking for instructions on filing a claim for a lost or stolen package.

Your order is processed within 24-48 hours of it being placed and is usually processed quickly. During high demand times of the year, processing by our fulfillment center may be 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order based on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

Our products are printed and shipped from our fulfillment center. These fulfillment centers are all over the country and in order to cut down on shipping times, the fulfillment center that is closest to you will usually process your order.
